Laura is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and exercise. After years of permanent dieting (!) she discovered how regular exercise and healthy eating could help her achieve the body she always wanted. Laura decided to train as a personal trainer so she could help others enjoy the benefits of exercise and healthy eating. Laura has worked successfully with a range of clients, all with different goals, both female and male aged 19 to 65!


Laura has completed the Personal Trainer Award with the YMCA, which has included the following training:

  • Advanced Gym Instructing
  • Nutrition
  • Client Lifestyle and Fitness Assessment
  • Training in Different Environments
