I had just had my second baby and I was 3 stone heavier than what I wanted to be. I had a holiday that I wanted to look good for and 5 months to lose the weight and tone up. Laura helped me tremendously. Tailoring my training programme to what I wanted to achieve, my weight gradually fell off. She encouraged me when I didn't feel like training and listened to my moaning! She has such an extensive knowledge of fitness, diet and exercise, I never ever got bored and looked forward to all my sessions with her. Most people didn't think I could reach my target weight in that time, but with a healthy balanced diet and my exercise I have managed to achieve them. I was feeling fat, fed up and sick and tired of constant yo-yo dieting when a friend introduced me to Laura. Laura was not scary at all and made me feel very comfortable on her home visit with me so I plucked up the courage and booked a number of sessions. I started to exercise regularly and followed the eating plans that Laura gave me, which were basically common-sense eating with the occasional treat. That was three months ago and I can honestly say that Laura has literally transformed me from someone who hated the way she looked to a more confident and positive me! I can't wait to go out on my run and I can plan my exercise around my busy life - with a full time job and three teenage boys I didn't dream that I could achieve something like this for myself - but I am well on my way and really in it for the long haul now. I am sooooo pleased that I took the step of allowing Laura to help me.

I wanted to get fit and tone up for my wedding so Laura trained me using running and weights and setting me homework for the gym and at home. Within 2 weeks, I started to notice a difference in my shape! Weekly sessions with Laura really motivated me to want to get fitter, run faster and lift more weight. Every week I learned a new technique and now regularly run and use a gym ball. 12 weeks before the wedding I wanted to adapt my diet to fit in with my exercise so Laura gave me diet and nutritional tips, which really helped, and I was delighted with the results. Above everything else, Laura is a great trainer, she will push you hard and get results!

After years of struggling for fitness due to numerous injuries and setbacks, Laura got me out of the rut I was in and back on track.

After talking through my goals Laura designed me specific exercise programmes that identified the areas in which I needed to strengthen and develop to achieve the desired results. As I became stronger and fitter, I gained more confidence to push myself further. Laura kept close tabs on my progression and at various stages re-designed my exercise programme to help me keep moving forward and reach higher levels of fitness.

Laura also analysed my eating habits over a two week period and then identified where I was going wrong, she then educated me on the types of food I should be eating to achieve the healthy balanced diet I desired. I used to think by eating less and missing meals, I would lose weight quicker, Laura taught me that I could actually eat more than I used to by selecting the “right” foods. I no longer find myself feeling hungry in between meals and I have more energy in my day to day life.

I would recommend Laura to anyone as she really takes time and listens to you and then works with you to achieve your desired results. Thanks to Laura, I am now the fittest and healthiest I have ever been.

I was struggling to lose weight so I asked Laura to help me first with the nutritional advice. She analysed my current eating habits and gave me detailed plans on types of food to eat, amount of calories, carbs, fat and protein per day and lots of support in planning meals. It made me think so differently, about what I ate and I found it easy to adapt my eating habits and lose weight. The good thing was that the suggestions she made fitted in with family meals too so everyone ended up eating healthier! Laura also educated me in the benefits of exercise to help lose weight and she gave me personalised exercise programmes that fitted easily into my regular routine that did not involve me going to the gym!
