Free consultation

This one hour session will help you decide if you want to begin training with Laura and identify the best package for you.

Training sessions with Laura can range from 4 times per week to once every two months. This is something you can decide based on your time, goals and budget.

Individual Personal Training Session

This can be at home, outside or in a local gym. Each session includes one to one training plus weight management monitoring and advice. Discounts for block booking – For every 10 sessions booked get 1 free!

Exercise Review and Programming

If you already exercise regularly and just want some advice to help reach your goals or vary your programmes then this is the package for you. After consultation Laura will design a personalised weekly timetable of exercise based on your goals and time available.

Group training sessions

Train with your friends or family and split the cost. Training can be tailored to suit each group member and can help make the sessions more fun! Perfect for bridal parties, couples or friends.

Intensive Package

If you have a big event coming up or just want to work hard and see results quickly, Laura can work with you intensively over a 2-12 month period. This package includes 3 personal training sessions per week plus planned sessions for you in your own time, a monitored healthy eating plan and 24/7 advice and support! Perfect for brides, getting your dream beach body or very motivated clients!

Nutritional Analysis, Diet and Exercise Plan

A one off analysis of current eating habits and tailored eating plan created to suit your lifestyle. This will also include recommendations for exercise.
